Denis provides effective, tailored, strategic advice to federal and provincial unionized and non-⁠unionized employers in Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia and the Maritimes to enable them either to avoid or to rapidly resolve matters concerning labor, employment and human rights. He is particularly successful in guiding employers in their relationships with employees so as to foster a union-free environment.
