Charles-Antoine Soulière is the Québec City Office Lead at McCarthy Tétrault, co-lead of the Firm’s Life Sciences Group and a partner in the Business Law Group. He advises clients on complex corporate and securities matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets and corporate governance in highly regulated and growth-oriented industries.
Charles-Antoine works closely with clients in the life sciences, financial services, and mining and metals sectors, advising both emerging and established organizations at key stages of their development. He regularly represents issuers and underwriters in public offerings, as well as in private placements and other strategic financings. He also counsels Canadian public companies on governance frameworks and ongoing disclosure obligations, helping them navigate regulatory requirements while supporting long-term business objectives.
