With close to 30 years of experience, Chantal is recognized as one of the most respected lawyers in the field of Quebec real estate law, known for her extensive knowledge across all aspects of the sector.

Chantal is recognized for her ability to brilliantly combine her expertise as a lawyer and her experience as a former Québec notary in all cases entrusted to her. Her expertise extends to large-scale property development, including the development, acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of commercial, office, multi-residential, and commercial properties. Her training as a notary and lawyer enables her to intervene at all stages of real estate projects – from due diligence and the establishment of preferred holding structure to the drafting and negotiation of required contractual and transactional arrangements with co-contractors and public authorities.

Born and raised in Montréal, Chantal is steadfast on giving back to her industry and her community. She sits on the board of directors of the Fondation de l’IRCM in Montreal, Québec and she is a lecturer at the Québec Bar School since 2005. She also served on the Canadian Bar Association’s Executive Committee as President of the Real Property Section. She is also involved with different associations related to commercial real estate in the Province of Québec.
