Catherine Pantoulis has been practising for over 30 years and brings to our business group a wealth of experience in corporate, share and asset purchases, franchising, licensing and commercial real estate and other transactional mandates in a variety of industries. Catherine advises her clients in the framing and preparation of their day-to-day agreements including shareholder agreements, financing and banking matters. She also has a vast knowledge in all commercial matters having represented clients in this regard throughout her career.
