Overview

Caroline Martel is the Director of Talent of Dentons Canada LLP for the Montréal office. She is in charge of student, articling student and lateral recruitment. She is also in charge of the professional development program for all Montréal lawyers. She is a member of the Associate Evaluation Committee and the Diversity Committee.

Before joining Dentons, Caroline practised law as a litigation lawyer. She eventually left her practice to become the Director of Marketing and Business Development for another Montréal law firm.
