Brook Greenberg, KC was appointed a judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia in March 2026 after nearly three decades at Fasken. His former disputes practice covered complex commercial litigation and major banking, forestry and construction matters, as well as arbitration and regulatory proceedings.
