With over 37 years of experience acting in major public company M&A transactions, as well as advising public companies on corporate governance and continuous disclosure matters, Benjamin publishes a daily newsletter serving as a valued resource for directors, senior management and GCs at the largest public companies in Canada.
Benjamin was for many years a member of the advisory committee to the Québec securities regulator (Autorité des marchés financiers) and taught corporate law at McGill University Law Faculty.
He received from the McGill University his BA in 1972, his science degree in 1976 and his LL.B. in 1980.
