Overview

Anthony Franceschini is a partner at INF in Montréal. His practice focuses on construction law, class actions, civil and commercial litigation, product liability, arbitration and regulatory law. He represents multinational businesses in preventing, managing and resolving disputes and has appeared before Quebec's civil courts, administrative tribunals and the Federal Court of Canada. His construction work includes advising developers, owners and contractors on claims involving additional costs and delays in major privately and publicly financed projects. He also handles disputes concerning public infrastructure and public-private partnership projects that proceed through arbitration or other alternative dispute-resolution processes. Anthony has represented manufacturers and distributors in automotive product-liability and warranty claims, and he advises on disputes arising from international distribution and representation agreements. He has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2010.
