Overview
Anna Romano is a lawyer in the Knowledge Management Group. She is responsible for developing and managing precedents and practice resources for the various practice areas. She works closely with practicing lawyers to ensure that our precedents capture our collective legal expertise and reflect the latest developments in the law and business practices. Anna also works on other firm-wide knowledge management initiatives with our practicing lawyers and other members of our Knowledge Management Group.
Prior to joining the Knowledge Management Group, Anna practiced with the firm's Banking and Real Estate Groups. Her practice involved multiple aspects of financing, commercial leases and other corporate/commercial matters.
Anna is a member of the Quebec Bar and a member of the Canadian Bar Association. She acted as President of the Alumnae Association of the Sacred Heart School of Montréal (1997-2001), Treasurer of the Alumnae Association of the Sacred Heart School of Montréal (1993-1996), and Director of the Board of Directors of the Sacred Heart School of Montréal (1998-2001). She was also an Editor for the Ottawa Law Review (1989-1991).
