Andreas Kloppenborg is a partner in the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions groups, and the Toronto leader of the Securities and Corporate Finance group. His practice focuses on advising issuers and investment dealers on debt and equity offerings. He also has significant experience in corporate governance, public company disclosure obligations and securities regulatory compliance matters.

Andreas has worked with clients across a variety of industries—including energy, technology and professional sports—and is regularly called upon to lead complex M&A transactions involving both public and private companies.
