Me André Comeau is one of the founding members of the firm. His career of over forty (40) years has been entirely dedicated to municipal law. He acts as legal advisor as well as litigator. He also drafts municipal regulations and bylaws and agreement protocols relating to all aspects of municipal affairs. Me Comeau offers his expertise and vast experience to all stakeholder in the municipal realm across Quebec and, in this regard, represents clients before all jurisdictions, be it the courts of general competence both at trial and on appeal, the administrative tribunals, the Commission municipale or the Commission d’accès à l’information to name but a few.
