Amy Dupuis-Sène is a partner in our Montreal office with nearly 10 years of experience in business immigration and international mobility. She provides a comprehensive range of immigration services, assisting both individuals and Canadian and international companies in developing tailored solutions to meet their immigration needs.

In her practice, Amy frequently advises corporate clients on large-scale cases related to international mobility, working across diverse sectors such as transportation, finance, mining, and technology. She is also a regular speaker and frequently delivers training sessions within client organizations.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.B.) from the University of Montreal. Her expertise has been recognized on multiple occasions, including in the most recent editions of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch directory. She serves on the executive committee of the Canadian Bar Association (Quebec Division), Immigration and Citizenship Section, and is a member of the Young Bar Association of Montreal as well as the Quebec Association of Immigration Lawyers.
