Overview

Based in the Firm’s Montréal office, Amélie Pelland is a member of Dentons’ Employment and Labour group.

Amélie advises employers on matters pertaining to collective and individual labour relations, at both provincial and national levels, and represents them before all levels of court or administrative tribunals. Her practice focuses on issues relating to labor standards, grievance arbitration, employment contract drafting, psychological harassment in the workplace, human rights, hiring, management and discipline performance, and termination. In addition, she frequently advises on work injury, occupational diseases, and occupational health and safety.
