Overview

Aman S. Bindra is a partner at KSW Lawyers in Surrey, British Columbia. He is a corporate lawyer with a particular emphasis on secured lending, debt financing and real estate. Aman advises banks, credit unions, private lenders, developers and investors on financing structures and the preparation and registration of security. His broader corporate and commercial work includes real estate and business acquisitions and sales, land development, construction, leasing, incorporations, partnerships, shareholder agreements, reorganizations and franchising. He also teaches real estate and mortgage law at the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business. Aman earned both his Bachelor of Commerce and Juris Doctor degrees from UBC and was admitted to the British Columbia bar in 2018. He participates in the Canadian Bar Association's banking and real estate sections and serves as a director of the South Asian Bar Association.
