Overview
Allison is a member of the Quebec Bar. She is also a Director, and serves as Legal Officer, on the board of the Montreal Holocaust Museum.
Allison joined Stikeman Elliott as a summer student in 2010 and later built her practice as an associate in the Corporate Group, focusing on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions until 2022. A recipient of the firm's 2011 David Angus Award, she was recognized for best exemplifying the firm's values.
Before stepping into her current role as Director, Legal Talent, Allison broadened her business and leadership expertise at a federal pension fund and completed the Executive MBA program McGill - HEC Montréal, focusing her thesis on sustainability oversight and governance in Canadian boardrooms
