Overview

Allan A. Mass practices corporate and commercial law in the Banking and Finance group of Dentons Canada LLP’s Montreal office. His practice focusses on corporate financing and mergers and acquisitions.

Allan represents clients in a wide variety of commercial transactions including loan syndications, secured and unsecured financings, securitizations, project financings, public-private partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions of businesses.

Allan frequently lectures and serves a panelist on matters regarding Quebec law. He has published several articles on secured lending. As former managing partner of the Montréal office from 1980 to 1983 and from 2001 to 2004, Allan has been very active in the management of the firm.
