Overview

Alexis Barr-Gusa (She/Her/Hers) is a partner in Dentons' Banking and Finance and Construction , Infrastructure and Public Private Partnerships (PPP) groups in Edmonton.
She has significant experience advising on project development and construction projects. She provides legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters, assisting financial institutions, owners, developers and contractors in connection with commercial real estate development, domestic and international mining, power (including renewable energy), transmission and pipeline projects.
Alexis also acts for both lenders and borrowers with respect to various complex financing structures, including construction financings, asset-based lending, acquisition financings, and real estate financings.
