Afshan Naveed, KC is a partner in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group with a practice that spans both Canadian and international matters. An accomplished lawyer with a notable practice in commercial foreclosure and corporate restructurings, she provides strategic counsel to creditors, debtors, court-appointed monitors, receivers and trustees in bankruptcy, guiding them through complex insolvencies and restructurings of all sizes.
Serving clients across all sectors, Afshan is a trusted advisor known for her ability to navigate complex legal challenges. She regularly appears before all levels of Court in Alberta and has been recognized for her depth of experience and results-driven approach. Afshan is qualified to practice law in Scotland, where she was admitted as a solicitor in 2009 and is presently retained on the Rolls of Solicitors.
