Overview

Adrian C. Elmslie is a partner at Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer in Edmonton and practises labour and employment law. He advises employers in unionized and non-unionized workplaces across sectors including construction, transportation and energy. His work covers collective bargaining, employee discipline and dismissal, human rights, executive employment agreements, workplace policies and privacy. Adrian represents employers in labour arbitrations and before the Alberta Labour Relations Board and provincial and federal human rights tribunals. He has also appeared before every level of court in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Before entering practice, he clerked for the Alberta Court of Appeal and Court of King's Bench. Called to the Alberta Bar in 1999, he holds an LLB with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan and a BSc from the University of British Columbia.
