Maxime Néron is originally from the municipality of Saint-Charles-de-Bourget in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region. He returned to his native region after completing his studies with distinction at Université Laval and his professional training at the Quebec Bar School.

He practises mainly in civil litigation and commercial matters, as well as in the construction industry. In 2013, he became an enthusiastic team member at Cain Lamarre’s Alma office after practising with a local firm.

He has extensive experience in commercial and corporate litigation, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency. He regularly advises and represents financial institutions, trustees, insolvent companies and creditors in matters of insolvency and reorganization. Mr. Néron stands out for his ability to manage complex cases and provide precise, effective legal advice.
