In the course of his practice, Mr. Jessop has become an expert at negotiating collective agreements in a variety of sectors and acted as legal counsel before all the courts, from the Superior Court to the Tribunal administratif du travail, as well as in grievance arbitration, cases involving unionization, the application and interpretation of collective agreements, and the imposition of disciplinary measures.

Mr. Jessop represents both public and private clients in a wide variety of sectors such as manufacturing, transportation, retail, healthcare and higher education.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Jessop has handled many important cases at both the provincial and federal levels, including the negotiation of major collective agreements in different sectors and the representation of clients in unionization and collective agreement interpretation cases.
