Éric Goulet is a Partner and Lawyer in Lavery's Sherbrooke office and a member of its Business Law group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and financing. He has also developed expertise in contract negotiation, cross-border financing, litigation management, corporate governance, and regulation and compliance for public contracts. Before joining a law firm, he served for five years as legal counsel and corporate secretary of a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed company active in energy, manufacturing, sales and distribution, with operations primarily in the United States, France, China and India.
