Overview

Camille Rioux is a Senior Associate at Lavery in Montréal and has practised labour law since 2015. She advises public, parapublic and private employers on labour-relations and human-resources management and on conflict prevention and resolution. She represents employers in grievance arbitration, labour-standards, termination and union-accreditation matters before civil courts, the Administrative Labour Tribunal and other tribunals. Her work also includes collective-bargaining advice, drafting agreements, advising on union-accreditation applications, supporting employers during pressure tactics and labour disputes, and acting as an employer spokesperson. She joined Lavery in 2020 after practising with another firm.
