Overview

Bill Kaplan is an arbitrator and mediator whose practice is concentrated on corporate and commercial disputes. He led the Vancouver litigation practice of Blake, Cassels and Graydon for most of the succeeding 30 years and has litigated at every level of the British Columbia courts and at the Supreme Court of Canada. He also taught negotiations at the University of British Columbia's Allard School of Law.
