Overview

Vicki Tickle is a partner at Cassels in Vancouver and Co-Chair of its Restructuring & Insolvency Group. She has more than 20 years of experience in Australia, England and Canada and acts for lenders, insolvency professionals, challenged companies, suppliers, directors and officers, and other stakeholders in Canada and internationally. Vicki develops commercial solutions for clients in financial services, cannabis, retail, construction, real estate, forestry, technology, mining and manufacturing. Her representative work includes counsel to receivers, monitors, lenders and companies in CCAA, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and corporate restructuring matters, including proceedings involving Quest University Canada, Miniso Canada and other businesses. Vicki is a past Chair of the Western Canada Network of the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation and is recognized in restructuring and insolvency by Best Lawyers, Chambers and Lexpert. She was called to the Bar in Queensland in 1997, England & Wales in 2005 and British Columbia in 2008. Vicki earned an LL.B. and B.A. from the University of Queensland.
