Vern DaRe is a Partner with Fogler, Rubinoff LLP and focuses on bankruptcy and insolvency, debtor and creditor rights and commercial reorganizations. He advises and represents receivers, trustees, monitors, secured and unsecured creditors and other stakeholders in reorganizations, receiverships, bankruptcies, liquidations and enforcement proceedings.
