Troy Lehman is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel at CO280 Solutions Inc. He leads legal, regulatory and governance matters for large-scale carbon dioxide removal projects and has advised technology and climate-tech companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, technology transfers and major collaborations. Before joining CO280, he was a partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP.
