Overview

Trevor Rowles is Counsel in Stikeman Elliott's Corporate Group in Montreal, where he leads the firm's national M&A knowledge management program. He advises on complex mergers and acquisitions and corporate matters and works with private equity investors and portfolio companies on transactions for private and public companies. He is a member of the Quebec Bar and the Law Society of Alberta.
