Terri-Lee Oleniuk is a Partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Business Law Group in Calgary. Her practice focuses on regulatory, environmental and Indigenous issues arising from natural-resource development and spans project approvals, environmental assessments, hearings, investigations and strategic advice. She advises on energy, power, infrastructure, mining, pipeline, LNG and renewable projects, negotiates Indigenous agreements, and guides clients on ESG matters.
