Tammy J. Anklewicz has practised in estates, trusts and charities law for more than 30 years. She advises on estate and succession planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, domestic contracts, incapacity and elder law. She also advises executors and trustees on certificates of appointment, fiduciary obligations, passings of accounts and contested trust and estate matters, and helps clients structure charitable foundations and gifts.
