Overview

Susan M. Grundy is a senior business lawyer and retired partner of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where VHA says she was a partner for over 30 years and served as General Counsel from 2012 to 2019. She previously practised corporate restructuring and insolvency law and joined the VHA Board in 2021. She is a Fellow of the Insolvency Institute of Canada and holds an ICD.D designation.
