Overview

Sheila Morris is a partner in Miller Thomson's Estate Litigation group in Toronto. She represents estate trustees and other fiduciaries, financial institutions, government agencies and charities in breach of trust proceedings, will challenges and dependant support claims. She also advises high net-worth individuals on complex estate matters and represents hospitals in appellate disputes. Her practice combines commercial litigation and estates and trusts litigation, and she was called to the Ontario bar in 2013.
