Sara Kushner is counsel in our Litigation Group in Toronto. She maintains a general litigation practice.

Sara has appeared before the Ontario Courts, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Ms. Kushner has appeared as counsel in both jury and non-jury trials and has been involved in appeals of factual, legal and evidentiary issues to the Ontario Court of Appeal. Ms. Kushner has also represented clients in matters involving administrative bodies including, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board.

As part of the Unaccompanied Minors Project, Sara acts as a designated representative on behalf unaccompanied minors seeking refugee status in Canada.
