Overview

Sabrina W. Y. Wong is a Partner in Tax Law with KPMG Law LLP in Toronto. Her practice focuses on international and domestic corporate taxation, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate finance, securitizations, investment funds, private equity investments and pension fund investments. She also assists clients with Canadian tax audits and appeals and advises on outbound investments, foreign affiliates, offshore investment funds and non-resident trusts. She was seconded to the Canada Revenue Agency's Income Tax Rulings Directorate as a senior rulings officer in the international tax section. She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1997.
