Overview

Rosalie A. Clark is a Partner in DLA Piper's Vancouver office. Her practice encompasses construction and infrastructure law for public and private owners, general contractors, design professionals, and specialized trade contractors and suppliers. She advises on procurement methods, contract models, project life-cycle issues and the resolution of claims through mediation, arbitration or litigation. She has worked across residential and commercial development, marine construction, infrastructure and transportation, energy and natural resources, mining, and hydrogen facilities, and has appeared before arbitrators, the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal and administrative tribunals in British Columbia and Ontario. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2014.
