Overview
Rodney advises clients on a wide variety of real property matters, including purchase and sale transactions involving mixed-use, multi-tenant residential, office, industrial and retail properties, mortgage financing, office, industrial and renewable energy leasing matters, development and planning matters, as well as providing real estate advice on share and asset purchase transactions. He has a broad range of experience, from overseeing the due diligence process through to real estate transaction closing.
Rodney has advised clients in a variety of industries, including conventional and renewable energy companies, major commercial and residential developers and landlords, shopping centres, hotels, and financial institutions.

Lenders in the establishment of, and ongoing advisory services for, syndicated credit facilities for Athabasca Oil Corporation
Numerous large, mid-market and smaller syndicated and non-syndicated credit facilities led by Canadian banks ranging in size from C$5-million to C$5.5-billion
