Rima has her ICD.D designation from the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program. Rima serves on the board of directors of Plan International Canada and on the University of Toronto’s Audit Committee and Business Board. She previously served as the Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission’s Securities Advisory Committee and was a member of the Ontario Government’s Women in Business Steering Committee.
