Ralph E. Lindzon was a Toronto securities lawyer who worked at Stikeman Elliott LLP and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and also served the Hong Kong government. He studied physics and mathematics at the University of Toronto and international law at Stanford University. He later retired to Port McNichol, Ontario, and died on January 19, 2023.
