Rahat Godil is a Partner in Fasken's Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Toronto. She focuses on complex commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, high-value contractual disputes, joint venture disputes, shareholder and director disputes, oppression claims, class action defence, and securities litigation. She has appeared before Canadian courts, administrative tribunals, and arbitral tribunals, including under international arbitration rules, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
