Raees Nakhuda is Senior Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions at Thomson Reuters and heads Mergers & Acquisition for the General Counsel's Office. Before joining Thomson Reuters in October 2021, he was a senior associate in the Corporate and Securities group at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, focusing on international and domestic capital market transactions, public and private financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
