Overview

Peter W. Hogg (Peter Wardell Hogg) was a constitutional lawyer and legal scholar, dean of Osgoode Hall Law School and professor there for more than 30 years. He served as a scholar in residence at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, advised federal and provincial governments and legislative committees, and wrote Constitutional Law of Canada, which courts frequently cited. He died in Toronto in 2020.
