Overview

Peter J. O'Callaghan is an Independent Director of Lucara Diamond, appointed in May 2020. He was most recently Office Managing Partner of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP's Vancouver office and retired in December 2022. His practice focused on mining-sector mergers and acquisitions, and included corporate finance, public and private equity financings, take-over and issuer bids, and independent counsel work for investment dealers and boards. He advised on mining transactions across multiple continents.
