Peter Flynn is a Partner in Stikeman Elliott's Competition & Foreign Investment Group in Toronto. His practice covers Competition Act merger review, joint ventures, strategic alliances, criminal and civil investigations, regulatory compliance and misleading advertising. He advises on Investment Canada Act net-benefit and national-security reviews, particularly for telecommunications, software, media, fintech, consumer goods, life sciences, mining and energy transactions. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Toronto.
