Paul Blyschak is Counsel in Fasken's Calgary office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate and commercial matters, and project development. He advises on private and public M&A, complex commercial agreements, restructurings, joint ventures, shareholder matters, natural-resource and energy projects, and international transactions.
