Pantelis Kyriakakis is a Partner in our Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group in Calgary. He maintains a bankruptcy, insolvency, restructuring, and commercial litigation practice.

Pantelis acts for insolvent corporations, secured creditors, trustees in bankruptcy, proposal trustees, monitors, receivers, purchasers, equipment lenders, and landlords, in a variety of domestic and cross-border matters under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. He has experience in a wide variety of industries; including, oil and gas, energy services, real estate, mining, construction, information technology, and capital markets.

Pantelis is also a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, the Calgary Bar Association, the Turnaround Management Association, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Risk Management Association.
