Nicole Cargill is an Associate in Osler's Corporate group in Vancouver. Her recent work has included advising Mountain Province Diamonds on a US$10 million financing and South32 on a $29 million strategic investment in American Eagle Gold Corp. She has also worked on mining and technology acquisitions, including Hecla Mining's acquisition of Alexco Resource and Vigil Health Solutions' sale to ASSA ABLOY.
