Nadine has a range of experience representing lenders, sponsors and borrowers in domestic, cross-border and international transactions, including syndicated loans, private equity and acquisition financings and offerings of debt securities.
China Development Bank and the lending syndicate, as Canadian counsel, in the provision of financing to China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) in its US$15.1 billion acquisition of Nexen Inc.
Hellman & Friedman, as Canadian counsel, in its US$4.4 billion acquisition of Hub International Limited
Before joining Torys, Nadine clerked during a summer term for Judge Aharon Barak, President of the Supreme Court of Israel.
