Overview
Myriam Seers is a partner at Naymark LLP whose practice covers litigation and arbitration, with a focus on cross-border disputes before Canadian courts and international arbitral tribunals. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, all levels of the Ontario and federal courts, and domestic and international arbitral and administrative tribunals. Myriam also sits as an arbitrator and has substantial experience enforcing or setting aside arbitral awards and enforcing foreign judgments. Before joining Naymark LLP in 2026, she practised for 14 years in the litigation departments of Torys and McMillan and joined a boutique international disputes firm in 2021. She is admitted in Ontario and British Columbia and works in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. Myriam holds an LLB from the University of Ottawa and an honours BA in Political Science from McGill University. She is the immediate past Chair of the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee.
