Mike's practice focuses on capital markets and securities law matters, with deep knowledge of securities regulation and corporate finance matters. He routinely acts for issuers and securities dealers in public and private equity and debt financings across multiple industry sectors, including numerous IPOs. Mike also advises Canadian reporting issuers in various industry sectors on regulatory compliance matters, including listings (both domestic and cross-border), governance and disclosure issues.
