Michael’s practical and commercial insights are enhanced by his secondment at a major Canadian pension fund, where he supported the investment and asset management teams. He has also been a guest lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School (J.D. and L.L.M. programs), speaking on corporate and securities law.
